I’m Schantelle, the Founder and Director of Operations at Online Virtual Help. In 2023, I launched this business with a clear mission: to empower business owners to achieve their vision by providing tailored support and a dedicated team of Business Empowerment Collaborators.
Starting Online Virtual Help allowed me to combine my passion for helping businesses succeed with the flexibility to spend quality time with my two children. I aim to create impactful, tailored solutions that help business owners reclaim their time and focus on what matters most in their business.
From the very beginning of my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for excellence and dedication to my roles. Whether it was mastering every aspect of business operations or excelling in leadership positions, I’ve always approached my work with an unwavering commitment to results.
One of the proudest moments of my professional journey was selling 43 cars in a single month—an achievement that highlighted the power of strategy and determination. This experience, along with years of retail and sales management, has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support business owners in achieving their goals.
